Site Supervisor

The core responsibilities of this role involve managing all daily on-site renovation activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, adhering strictly to approved plans, specifications, and building codes. Night works may be required to meet project deadlines.

Key tasks include:

• Execution & Coordination: Supervising and coordinating all subcontractors, suppliers, and labor.

• Technical Interpretation: Being able to interpret construction drawings accurately.

• Administration: Performing basic quantity surveying and essential administrative work (e.g., generating quotations/invoices and comparing purchasing costs).

• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols (understanding RA, SWP, MOS).

• Advantage: A Class 3 Driving License is considered beneficial.
