SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

. To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.

. To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

. To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

. Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

. Plan, schedule, and coordinate polymer application projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.

. Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

. Implement safety procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage incident responses.

. Update clients on progress, address concerns, and maintain project documentation.

. Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Experiences in Structural Steel will be advantageous.

. Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.

. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations

. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

. Outstanding leadership skills
