Conduct daily site inspections and report progress to the project engineer or site manager.

Monitor workforce productivity, materials usage, and equipment utilization.

Ensure quality control during welding, bolting, and structural connections.

Maintain site safety standards and ensure workers follow safety regulations during steel erection works.

Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and work schedules.

Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspection requests and quality checks
