A Site Supervisor

manages daily operations on a construction or work site, overseeing workers, ensuring tasks meet project plans, enforcing strict safety rules, coordinating with other staff (engineers, managers), and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards

They bridge the gap between labor and management, often acting as a foreman or general foreman, focusing on day-to-day logistics, worker productivity, and a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • & Coordination: Directing workers, delegating tasks, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring alignment with project schedules and drawings.
  • : Championing health and safety, enforcing policies, identifying hazards, and ensuring all site activities comply with regulations.
  • : Monitoring work quality, conducting inspections, and ensuring installations meet project specifications.
  • : Identifying and resolving site issues, disputes, and logistical roadblocks.
  • : Participating in long-term project planning and daily work planning to maintain workflow.
