Must have knowledge of Rebar work. Provide and deliver the necessary tools, equipment for the various work sites.
Must have experience with managing workers and able to arrange works for workers
Monitor and supervise workers on site to ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day activities with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
Able to work independently and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
At least 15 years experience as a senior site supervisor
