SITE SUPERVISOR

site supervision of construction works to meet deadlines

. Develop and implement safety policies, procedures and regulations

. Responsible for on-site planning, handovers and personnel arrangements and labor deployment

. Resolve various problems and handling emergencies on the site

. Liaise and coordinate with both the clients, foreign workers and office to ensure smooth operations

. Responsible for supervision of foreign workers and their wellbeing, health and safety and others

. Analyses and evaluate clients issues and feedback to improve client satisfaction

. To assist the Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily operational provision of the facilities at the areas of the dormitory

. Acting as Site Warden, to conduct regular inspection of room check and facilities to ensure compliance of the regulation

. Monitor and ensure all internal and subcontractor workers are registered and attendances are properly captured

. Monitor and ensure the workers permits and certificates are valid and updated accordingly

. To handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly

. To take corrective action and implement preventive measures when required

. To assist in the preparation of monthly reports, annual capital and operating budgets and other relevant reports

. To ensure that all equipment are in good working condition

. Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic rules

. Perform transportation duties if required

Job Requirements

. At least a diploma in civil engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent

. Have class 4 driving license

. Have 5 years and above experience driving in Singapore

. At least 2-3 years experience in marketing and supervisory roles

. Able to work with computers, especially MS Excel and Word

. Able to communicate in English and with foreign workers

. Responsible and positive with can-do attitude

. Able to work efficiently and effective under high pressure

. Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays

. Willing to work long hours, night work, overtime and Sunday work if required
