Site Supervisor - Alexandra

Key Responsibilities

. ELV & Security Systems Expertise: Oversee installation and coordination of systems such as PA, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, CCTV, and Card Access.

. Project Management: Manage the full project cycle independently with minimal supervision.

. Coordination: Liaise with main contractors and subcontractors to resolve project coordination and installation issues.

. Quality Assurance: Inspect site installations against shop drawings, CSD drawings, and Method Statements.

. Compliance: Prepare and submit inspection forms for approval by RE/RTO.

. Progress Monitoring: Track site activities, report obstructions to main contractors, and ensure timely inspections, testing, and commissioning sign-offs.

. Safety Oversight: Ensure all workers comply with workplace safety requirements.

. Documentation: Update As-built drawings and hand over to engineers.

. Reporting: Prepare weekly progress reports and submit to Project Engineers/Managers.

. Variation Works: Identify and document variation or abortive works with supporting photos/drawings for submission to main contractors.

. Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and attend site coordination meetings with external parties.

. Quality Objectives: Ensure company quality standards are achieved across all site activities.

. Ad-hoc Support: Assist in new assignments or projects as required.

Job Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.

. 3-6 years of relevant experience in site supervision or engineering.

. Strong communication and reporting skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

. A collaborative team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

. Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with initiative
