Site Supervisor

. Coordinate and supervise the work of and in-house workers.

. Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

. Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to health and safety at all times

. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

. Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

. Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports

. Responsible for manpower planning and usage at site

. Other ad hoc duties assigned

. Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate

. Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in building and construction industry (structure works)

. Able to understand design drawings and meet main-con's requirements

. Mandarin proficiency is required in order to communicate with Chinese workers.

. Excellence analytical, communication, organizing, interpersonal and supervisory skills

. Meticulous with positive work attitude
