Responsibilities:
- Responsible to deploy workers for daily operation at different workplace eg. Construction sites/ Etc.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Supervise and train teams, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure meet standards and project requirements.
- Implement safety procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage incident responses.
- Update clients on progress, address concerns, and maintain project documentation.
- Apply advanced techniques, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with industry advancements.
- Able to attend early morning site meetings and visit Dormitory to meet workers.
- Must be able to work during odd hours
- Must be able to work on other adhoc Duties.
- Must be able to work during public holidays, if and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably to have working experience in construction sector.
- Must have minimum of 10 - 15 Years of Construction Experience.
- Ability to lead & oversee the job at site.
- Job required to travel to different site locations within Singapore.
- Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
