Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Infrastructure Delivery

Must have

. Excellent hands on experience in Core Java 1.8, Spring, Spring Boot, Quartz

. Strong working experience on Linux Operating Systems (Oracle Linux 7.6)

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Role Summary:

The Technical Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of SRE andinfrastructure engineering initiatives across large‑scale enterpriseenvironments. The role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability,and the ability to drive automation, observability, reliability engineering,and operational excellence with geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the SRE team and oversee technical delivery across Singapore and Puneteams.
Own delivery of infrastructure, monitoring, automation, and complianceinitiatives for BancNet.
Influence customer stakeholders and drive consensus in technical and deliverydiscussions.
Ensure execution of backlog items, manage risks, and maintain deliverytimelines.
Provide governance and reporting for all deliverables, including compliance andaudit readiness.
Standardize IaC, Kubernetes, Linux operations, CI/CD, observability tooling,and automation frameworks.
Design and manage IaC for cloud/hybrid infrastructure provisioning.
Lead incident lifecycle, including response, RCA, and mitigation planning.
Build monitoring pipelines, log aggregation, dashboards, and alertingworkflows.
Establish SRE best practices across automation, reliability, and operationalexcellence.
Enhance reliability, resilience, and performance of critical enterpriseplatforms.
Ensure operational and engineering practices align with enterprise standards.
