Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Storage & Automation)

Duration: 6 + months

Fulltime contract (8 hours per day)

Must-Have Qualification

• s7+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting NetApp storage environments in enterprise-scale production settings
• .5+ years of advanced expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, and infrastructure automation, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and scalability
• .Proven experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, and similar platforms) as part of day-to-day development and operational workflows
• .Strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) background with the ability to quickly integrate into production environments and contribute from day one
• .Willingness to participate in a weekend on-call rotation supporting critical infrastructure services
• .Excellent verbal and written English communication skill

sQualification

• sExperience with Pure Storage platforms and administration
• .Familiarity with NetApp Data Infrastructure Insights (Cloud Insights) for monitoring and observability
• .Hands-on experience with Ceph storage environments
• .Experience supporting internal engineering teams with a customer-centric mindset
• .Platform Engineering experience, including building self-service capabilities and improving developer productivity through automation
