About the Role
This role partners with a global team to support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) operations worldwide.
Job Description
- Handle daily server maintenance, including deployment, operations, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain existing business systems, resolving common issues during use.
- Set up development, testing, and production environments; deploy applications, monitor performance, optimize, and troubleshoot.
- Drive team infrastructure improvements to boost platform quality and user experience.
- Provide 7x24 on-call support for incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years in operations/devops; computer/network-related degree, bachelor's or higher.
- Familiar with major public clouds (AWS, Tencent, Alibaba, Huawei); cloud certs a plus.
- Proficient in Linux commands and at least one scripting language (Shell/Python); strong problem-solving skills.
- Expert in cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts) with hands-on K8s experience.
- Experienced with GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD; Prometheus, Grafana, Loki for monitoring/alerting/logs.
- Strong ownership, communication, service mindset, and team collaboration.
- Resilient under pressure to ensure 7x24 business uptime.
