What you do
- Configure and manage Exchange environments and messaging systems, including MS Active Sync, Email Gateway, Active Directory, Spam/Antivirus Filtering, and MDM solutions
- Understand and apply networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs, DNS) that affect messaging and collaboration tools
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and requirements related to messaging systems
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for messaging and collaboration tools such as Intune, Ivanti, Entra, and other Microsoft 365 services
- Participate in internal and external audits and compliance discussions
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issues within Microsoft 365 Services, Hybrid Exchange, and related technologies
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and document processes for knowledge sharing on Confluence
- Suggest innovative tools and strategies to overcome challenges and enhance service delivery

Who you are
- 7-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 Services, Hybrid Exchange, and related technologies
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in MDM, Active Directory, Hybrid Exchange, and Microsoft 365
- Experience in Microsoft Email Online Protection (EOP), SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to explain complex technological ideas and concepts in a way that is understandable to a non-technical audience
- Good to have: Microsoft certifications (e.g., Messaging Administrator Associate, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals), experience with Microsoft Defender for Office, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Automations, and banking experience
