Job Description

- Responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficient operation of the mobile phone department and overseas sales & service business, and ensuring that services always maintain a high availability status

- Provide technical support for overseas business, responsible for core operation and maintenance work such as resource delivery, fault handling, capacity management, resource management, monitoring management, and quality analysis

- Responsible for and review technical architecture design, evaluate the rationality of business architecture, proactively inventory and identify risks, and promote or lead risk elimination work

- Responsible for in-depth analysis of system deficiencies, identify system bottlenecks and optimization directions, formulate implementable solutions to improve system stability and ensure low-cost and high-availability system operation

- Responsible for 7*24 hours OnCall, timely respond to, track and resolve online emergencies to ensure continuous and stable business

- Design and develop automated platforms and services to improve operation and maintenance and delivery efficiency and reduce repetitive manual operations

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields

- Proficient in Python, Go or Shell scripting, with the ability to independently develop modules or platforms

- Familiar with cloud computing services, with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud platform management experience preferred (such as Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.)

- Familiar with Internet architecture and common infrastructure, with a deep understanding of network, load balancing, middleware, and high-availability disaster recovery architecture

- Able to work in the Singapore region, with good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and self-driven and proactive work attitude

- Possess good systematic thinking and business understanding ability, and be able to propose stability and architecture optimization solutions based on business goals
