Purpose
- Provide quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration support for FM maintenance, A&A, and improvement projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Review and evaluate contractors quotations, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and tender submissions.
- Support procurement, contract administration, payment certification, and variation claims.
- Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and ensure budget compliance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on commercial matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline (SISV-recognised).
- Minimum 5 years relevant QS experience, preferably in Facilities Management, maintenance, or building projects.
- Required to work at client's site
