Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager/Director in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender submissions for various projects. Review supplier and contractor quotations to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

• Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Validate quantities and certify progress payments.

• Track variations, change orders, and claims throughout project execution.

• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.

• Interpret and understand general contract conditions and tender documentation.

• Prepare budget estimates for variation orders as required.

• Liaise with suppliers for product and service presentations.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on documentation, billing, and project-related issues.

• Follow up with suppliers and contractors on invoices, payments, and quantity matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Electrical Engineering.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Experience in subcontractor environment is an advantage.
