- Assist the Project Manager/Director in managing and calculating quantities and costs for various tender assignments. Conduct technical reviews of supplier and contractor quotations/proposals to ensure all requirements are met.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Verify project quantities and progress payments.
- Monitor and manage variations and claims.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of general contracts and tender documentation.
- Provide budget estimates or cost evaluations for variation orders as required.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding product and service presentations.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments on documentation and related matters.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on follow-ups related to bills and quantities.
