Job Responsibilities
- Oversee technical control and construction quality for ongoing projects till completion and
- Ensure compliance with BCA, URA and other statutory requirements.
- Review construction drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and Main Contractors.
- Must have the ability to manage, plan, initiate, execute, organize, motivate, monitor and communication well and
- Monitor site workmanship, subcontractor, technical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and project records.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in theSingapore construction industry.
2. Good knowledge of local construction regulations and construction practices.
3. Hands-on site experience in technical or quality-related roles.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
