Job Summary:

Lead and manage site office operations for a large-scale development project, covering administration, workforce coordination, and compliance. Act as the key liaison between the site team, project team, consultants, vendors, and client office manager on site administration matters.

Contract Duration: 2 YEARS (RENEWABLE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site administration for a multi-disciplinary team of 90 personnel, maintaining compliance with site procedures and documentation
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding, site access, inductions, and compliance with project and client requirements
  • Manage day-to-day site office operations, logistics coordination, and documentation
  • Manage timesheet process including submission, approval, collation and reporting for the site team
  • Maintain document control and administrative systems aligned with project requirements
  • Act as the key liaison with site team, project team, consultants, vendors, and client office manager
  • Support the RSS Team Lead on day-to-day operational requirements

Requirements & Attributes:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 8-10 years experience in site office management or project administration for large-scale construction or development projects
  • Experience managing large teams (80-100+ personnel) in a site-based environment
  • Familiarity with Singapore site access, security, and compliance requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across site teams, project teams, and client
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
