Site Manager

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate project works to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure high standards of work quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend and participate in site meetings
• Monitor site progress, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
• Possess strong project management skills to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare and raise Request for Information (RFI) to the main contractor where required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, especially in reinforced concrete (RC) structural works.
• Strong ability to control and drive site progress effectively.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of construction sequences, methods, principles, and relevant regulatory requirements.
