Job Description

A leading curtain wall company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic project team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of our curtain wall and faade projects, working closely with the Project Manager and the entire site team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring smooth execution of the project in accordance with the approved schedule, achieving timely handover and staying within the project budget.
  • Assist in preparing project implementation plans and assessing resource requirements.
  • Monitor project costs and site budget to ensure effective cost control.
  • Lead, supervise, and foster teamwork within the site team.
  • Collaborate with client representatives and main contractors to resolve issues arising on-site.
  • Represent the company in meetings and discussions convened by the main contractor.
  • Plan, control, and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors at the job site.
  • Ensure quality standards are met in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.
  • Observe, implement, and enforce safety measures and procedures on site.
  • Assign and supervise servicing works during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
  • Coordinate and determine appropriate follow-up actions for servicing work.
  • Assess training needs of subordinates and recommend suitable training programs.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction site management (faade or curtain wall experience is an advantage).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple parties and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site coordination, planning, and reporting.
