Requirements:
. Experience in operations management for site installation of equipment or related fields.
. Experience in management, operations, and leadership in engineering companies.
. Experience of working in SMEs and/or subcontractor environment.
. Good interpersonal skills.
. Experience in a multi-racial and multi-culture environment.
. Experience with management of foreign workers.
. Able to travel overseas for business trips.
. Good understanding of general finance and budgeting.
. Ability to build consensus and relationships among management, employees and business partners.
. Excellent communication skills.
