Job Summary
Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely delivery within contract periods. Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project schedules to meet contract deadlines by organizing site activities according to project requirements and instructions from the Project Manager
- Coordinate and supervise site work with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure alignment with project plans and directives from Project Manager and Superiors
- Facilitate weekly site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor progress and ensure completion of contracted tasks on schedule
- Compile and maintain accurate project documentation including daily and weekly site reports, application forms for clients and consultants, inspection and handover forms, delivery orders, material requisition forms, and project drawings, ensuring a master file is kept on site
- Verify delivery orders to confirm that materials received match project specifications and requirements
- Attend inspections and handover sessions with RTO, consultants, clients, and relevant parties to secure formal sign-offs on inspection and handover documentation
- Oversee defect management by identifying, rectifying, and closing out defects within agreed timelines and budget controls
- Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by Superiors and Project Manager to support project success
