Site Manager

Job Description

• Overseeing and directing structure and architecture activities for main building construction projects .
• Plan and schedule work in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
• Liaise with engineers for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
• Handle on site technical and engineering problems.
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works and ensure work progress according to schedule.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

Job Specification

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Construction Industry for main building projects.
• Experience in working with Singapore A1 contractor is preferred.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to communicate well with project principal and subcontractors
• Willing to work 5.5 days at HDBBTO construction site.
