Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination of equipment and manpower requirements
• Manage and supervise assigned works on site
• Plan, organize and control operations to ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities
• Minimize wastages of materials
• Ensure productivity targets are met
• Timely completion of projects
• Liaise with clients on site matters, assess site conditions and provide information for necessary follow up action
• Ensure routine maintenance of machines are carried out
• To report on all matters relating to the works assigned, problems encountered and suggestions to resolve conflict and cost-savings
• Carry out site housekeeping regularly and
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of local construction site experience
• Preferably with experience in LTA projects
