Site Manager

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join the PM Group team. For this role, we need someone who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements. This will require a candidate with considerable experience i.e. who has managed large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects from inception to completion.

Some of the key attributes that we are looking for:

• manage stakeholder expectations
• foresee potential challenges and address them before issues arise
• unblock the routine obstacles that inevitably occur on fast-track projects.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience with direct experience in site management
• Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications.
• Undertaken multiple projects within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Mission Critical & Data-Centers, etc.
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to meet project deadlines.
