Site Manager

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibility:

Report to Project Director

Managing GFRC installation/construction projects

Ensuring site setting out is correct

Prepare method of statement (MOS) prior to work construction

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

Collaborate with CM and Supervisors to ensure the site works carried out accordingly

Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales

Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager

Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site

Arrange site inspections and regular site meetings
