Site Manager

Summary

Julian Grey's client is an established company in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site production activities, including rig movement, manpower allocation, and material arrangements.
• Support the Project Manager in managing site resources, including overtime, additional manpower, and equipment requirements.
• Monitor QA/QC matters and highlight non-conformance issues to the relevant site team.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely response to breakdowns.
• Oversee site safety requirements, working platform safety, and implementation of HSEQ program and initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop site team members while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of site management experience in soil improvement or specialist civil construction works.
