Job Summary
Support the site construction team to ensure smooth project execution by proactively resolving issues, managing documentation, administering contract changes, supervising labor and subcontractors, and liaising with stakeholders to maintain quality, schedule, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work and timely resolution of site issues
- Plan ahead to identify and resolve potential site problems before they impact cost, schedule, or quality
- Manage correspondence and documentation with clients, client representatives, and contractors to maintain clear communication
- Administer contract changes in coordination with the contracts department to ensure accurate contract management
- Review and approve equipment and materials requisitions to support site operations
- Supervise and monitor the site labor force and subcontractors daily to ensure work quality and compliance
- Liaise effectively with authorities, client representatives, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate project progress
- Verify that all plans and work comply with specifications and project requirements
- Identify and resolve technical difficulties and problems arising on site to maintain project continuity
