Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing and managing all project operations, ensuring timely coordination with sub-contractors and adherence to project schedules in building and renovation works.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in managing all project operations to ensure smooth execution of building and renovation works
- Apply knowledge of builder structural and renovation work to support project delivery and quality standards
- Coordinate with sub-contractors including M&E and FF&E teams to ensure project schedules are met and delays are minimized
- Develop and implement troubleshooting and recovery plans to address project issues and maintain progress
- Plan and schedule project activities meticulously with strong attention to detail to optimize resource use and timelines
- Maintain physical readiness to perform site duties effectively and support short-term project needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in a relevant trade or a minimum of 10 years of site experience in building and renovation projects
- Experience in hands-on project roles demonstrating meticulous planning and scheduling skills
- Ability to work independently and support project management functions with practical site knowledge
