Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, with a focus on wet works such as plastering, and related architectural finishing works.
- Coordinate daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and schedule.
- Supervise and lead site teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Liaise closely with main contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings when required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit monthly site progress reports and updates to management.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in site coordination and building construction, preferably with exposure to wet works and architectural finishing.
- Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination practices.
- Experience in liaising with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site compliance requirements.
- Fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese-speaking contractors and consultants.
