Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily site operations for plumbing & sanitary works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and guide site workers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Prepare site reports, work schedules, and progress updates for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site/project management within plumbing & sanitary or M&E works.
- Familiar with Singapore building codes, PUB regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
