SITE MANAGER

Job Description

Arrow tech engineering Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects across Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring work quality, maintaining project schedules, and delivering projects safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress according to schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or site issues.
• Prepare daily site reports and project progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction site management.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License (preferred).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
