Site Manager

Job description:

• Work closely with our Project Management team to ensure success of the project.
• Based on project requirement, plan, organize and manage our in-house construction team to execute the works on schedule, with good quality and safety.
• Monitor & control the usage of material, manpower and machinery used on site.
• Devise and propose construction methodologies that will improve constructability, quality and safety.
• Provide support to colleagues to ensure that they can complete the assigned work
• Provide on-the-job training to colleagues
• Manage and control manpower budget

Job requirement:

• At least 10 years of Construction Implementation experience using direct workforce
• Deep experience in piping and equipment installation
• Good experience in Testing and Commissioning of Process Utilities
• Experience in other utility systems is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email
• Excellent project control and people management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
