Job Description

Prepare project materials requirement on weekly basis
Prepare site progress report and update manpower report
Assist project manager in all on-site technical / commercial matters
Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against Master program
To update M&E progress with scheduling tools.
Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company's operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
Ensuring supervisors & foremen meet clients regulatory work requirements.
To report to director on weekly basis and update the site progress against planned
Monitor and Control logistics and site transport
Prepare the technical data sheet and SOR etc.. for tender department
Knowledge in preparing of BQ (M&E) AutoCAD.
