Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily M&E works at project sites.
- Coordinate ACMV, electrical, controls/BMS and other M&E services with subcontractors and site teams.
- Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
- Coordinate M&E installation works with architectural, structural and other trades.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, quality and site safety.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate rectification works.
- Assist with testing, commissioning and handover of ACMV/electrical/control systems.
- Prepare site reports, inspection records, progress updates and other project documentation.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with project management teams.
- Ensure works comply with relevant Singapore standards, codes and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-4 years of relevant site M&E experience in Singapore.
- Practical experience in ACMV/HVAC, electrical systems and control/BMS systems.
- Able to read and understand M&E drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in site coordination, installation, inspection and testing & commissioning.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients.
- Independent, responsible and able to solve site technical problems.
- Singapore M&E/construction project experience preferred.
44 hrs work week
5.5 day work week
