Site Foreman

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workers

• Coordinate with engineers, main contractor, subcontractors, and workers

• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, schedule, and safety requirements

• Manage manpower, tools, and materials on site

• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations

• Work at height and oversee high-risk activities

• Handle day & night rotating shifts and overtime when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years experience in construction site supervision

• Strong leadership and ability to manage workers firmly

• Willing to work long hours, overtime, weekends, and night shifts
