Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily operations at our construction site. The Site Foreman will be responsible for managing workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. This role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and the ability to maintain high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones on time and within specifications
- Monitor and enforce site safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and comply with legal standards
- Interpret construction drawings and project plans to guide work execution and ensure alignment with design requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve on-site issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain accurate daily site reports and documentation to track project status and resource utilization
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site to support uninterrupted construction activities and cost control
