You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and owners to manage project requirements, oversee material submissions, and control costs to ensure timely, quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan site work installation, coordinate worker deployment, and requisition materials to support efficient operations
• Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, and owners to clarify and fulfill project requirements
• Manage material submissions, conduct design reviews, and process progress claims to maintain project timelines
• Monitor cost estimates and develop budgets to ensure projects remain within financial targets
• Work with vendors to control product costs and ensure quality standards are met
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accurate records and compliance
