Responsibilities
- Plan site work installation, coordinate worker deployment, and requisition materials to support efficient operations
- Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, and owners to clarify and fulfill project requirements
- Manage material submissions, conduct design reviews, and process progress claims to maintain project timelines
- Monitor cost estimates and develop budgets to ensure projects remain within financial targets
- Work with vendors to control product costs and ensure quality standards are met
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accurate records and compliance
