Site / Facilities Operations Manager #NKC

The location is at Novena, Healthcare Sector.

Salary: $5,000 to $5,800

Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5.30 pm

Saturday - 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

. Oversee daily site operations, maintenance, and equipment performance.
. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and legislative standards.
. Conduct inspections, audits, and manage fault reporting.
. Lead and develop engineering teams, including training and performance management.
. Coordinate resources to meet operational needs and client expectations.
. Manage budgets, monitor P&L, and ensure operational efficiency.
. Attend client and partner meetings, fostering positive stakeholder relationships.
. Act as Duty Manager during incidents and support strategic team development.
. Maintain accurate reporting for timesheets, expenses, and compliance records.
