- Lead and manage site projects by planning and coordinating all construction activities to achieve project milestones
- Monitor and coordinate work progress with supervisors and staff to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve technical and engineering issues to maintain project continuity and safety
- Assist in planning, programming, and tracking construction work progress for effective project management
- Liaise with client representatives, relevant authorities, and consultants to ensure compliance and smooth communication
- Identify and assess foreseeable workplace risks to minimize environmental impact related to construction activities
- Implement practical measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to personnel at the workplace
- Enforce safe work procedures and environmental control measures at the construction site
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to undertake night shift duties as required
