Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
- Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
- Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards
Job Requirements:
. Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
. Minimum 8 years construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
. Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
