Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to resolve site issues promptly and maintain continuous workflow
- Report project progress and updates clearly to the project manager to support informed decision-making
- Monitor and control structural work progress to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Plan and manage site operations to optimize resource utilization and maintain schedule adherence
- Support project objectives by performing additional duties as assigned by superiors
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with associates
- Demonstrated teamwork skills through collaboration with diverse teams to solve problems
- Experience working with main contractors landed project experience is an advantage
- Ability to use AUTOCAD software
