Responsibilities:
- Assist Director/Project Manager in monitoring and manage the day-to-day technical and operational aspects of a construction project to ensure it's completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters. Coordinate and supervise all activities on the construction site.
- Attend regular meetings with owner/ client/ architects/ contractors/ sub-cons on the project related matters.
- Check drawings and the ability to resolve technical queries and discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution.
- Monitor the work environment and ensure adherence to all relevant construction regulations and health and safety standards.
- Effective communication to convey technical information and manage relationships with diverse team members.
- Ad-hoc duties by Director/Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the building construction is required for this position.
- Preferably with main-con experience on residential projects.
- Preferably can communicate in both Chinese and English.
- Preferably Malaysian / Singaporean
