Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
Supervise site workers and subcontractors, assign daily tasks, and monitor productivity and workmanship.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, company procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects or site issues, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related matters.
Monitor material deliveries, manpower deployment, and equipment usage to support project progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, quality, and safety performance.
Job Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
Experience supervising site workers, subcontractors, and coordinating multiple site activities.
Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, quality control (QA/QC), and workplace safety practices.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements is preferred.
