Job Summary

Support site and project managers by resolving technical and non-technical issues, verifying progress reports, overseeing daily construction activities, supervising teams, and ensuring quality and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical and non-technical issues promptly to maintain project progress and safety
• Assist Site Manager/Project Manager in verifying monthly progress reports and claims, including Extension of Time (EOT) claims, to ensure accurate project documentation
• Oversee daily construction activities on-site to achieve project milestones and quality standards
• Supervise subcontractors and direct manpower to deliver projects within budget and schedule constraints
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a related construction or civil engineering field
