Site Engineer

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Working days: 5.5 days

Location: Project sites

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and technical teams on detailed construction blueprints.

• Evaluate and recommend optimal building materials (e.g., concrete, steel, glass) based on structural properties.

• Calculate load capacities, structural stress, and overall system integrity.

• Conduct structural safety inspections on compromised buildings to propose repair strategies or demolition plans.

• Ensure full project compliance with local building regulations, environmental standards, and safety codes.

• Deliver regular progress updates and status reports to key stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline).

• At least 5 years of Singapore HDB construction experience as a Site or Project Engineer.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and PDF editing software.
