Job Description:
We are partnering with an established international contractor in the civil and infrastructure sector, seeking a hands-on Site Engineer to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily site activities and work schedules
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage site resources, materials, and manpower allocation
- Ensure adherence to safety (HSE) and quality standards on site
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Identify site risks (e.g. soil conditions, technical constraints) and propose mitigation solutions
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related
- 1-5 years of relevant construction / infrastructure experience
- Comfortable working in outdoor/site-based environment
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Project is advantageous
