Manage and supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, design, and quality standards. Report to the QP as Resident Engineer (RE) and the Project Manager.
Coordinates and manages daily construction activities, ensuring that work aligns with project plans and technical specifications.
Oversee on-site quality and safety, handle technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Manage materials and labor to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Plan and schedule construction operations according to the Project Management Plan.
Coordinate with consultants on design analysis, approvals, and resolving technical issues.
Liaise with clients on design submissions and supervise work progress.
Conduct inspections for civil work, including excavation, structural work, and casting.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
Implement effective Environmental, Safety, and Health practices on-site.
Job Requirements:
Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore
Qualified & Recognized RE certificate
Minimum 3 years C&S work experience with strong knowledge in construction of building structures.
Preferably Building and Civil work experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
