Job Summary
The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of 66/230/400KV protection and control system projects, ensuring design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cash flow to ensure projects adhere to budget and timelines in collaboration with the Site Manager
- Supervise all project lifecycle stages including design, testing, installation, and commissioning to ensure quality and compliance
- Act as the primary liaison to coordinate communication and collaboration among clients, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to achieve on-time project delivery
- Manage and maintain project documentation according to client specifications and standards
- Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety standards throughout execution
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience managing protection and control system projects as a Project Manager

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills demonstrated through proactive communication and coordination
